"I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO BUY A POLICY INSURANCE FROM DANN CHRISTYANSEN OR STATE FARM!!!!! If I could give this agency zero stars I would. Four years I’m paying insurance for this agency and State farm now after so many years I have a claim not just that the agent did not help me with the claim. He actually canceled my insurance, but State Farm made 10% payment of the total amount of the claim knowing that they’re wrong and the agent is wrong for 20 years. My building in Ketchikan was insured. The agent never visited my building or my property. They just received automatic payment every month for years. Now, when I have a damage to the building, he totally ignored me and never helped with the claim. This is unprofessional unethical and very Mean and cruel! I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH DANN CHRISTYANSEN AND STATE FARM!!!"

"A few weeks ago a nice young lady helped me with questions and concerns about setting up a policy on my grandpas boats. She was beyond helpful and my grandma told me she ended up finalizing the paperwork for switch over from all state with zoe a while after I had spoken with her. I just want to give my gratitude for Miss zoe for helping my grandparents and giving them a deal they’re proud of."

"Transferred my policy from Seattle to Ketchikan, but sadly it was not long before the blame game began! as it took nearly 4 wks for Ketchikan to get there act together & then i was over charged!! Update September 2017 I CXL my policy in August 2017 & am still waiting for my refund! There incompetence is just endless!"
